Le Moulin Bas is our family’s summer house in Languedoc — a stone mas dating back to the 1500s, just outside the village of Villeneuvette. We open it in the warmer months for couples and families looking for a holiday with room to breathe.

What makes it ours is the rhythm. Mornings are quiet. Lunches are long. The pool kitchen turns into an outdoor dining room every evening. The garden is the kind that earns being walked through twice a day.

Fourteen people fit comfortably. Three families, six couples, or one large gathering all find their place.
